WHAT IS AMA? Ama is an Ayurvedic term which means non-moving/undigested metabolic waste that causes inflammation and various diseases. Organic Ingredients: Cumin, fennel, coriander seeds, mint, turmeric, flax seeds Directions Step 1: Boil 1 liter/32 fl oz of water and add 2 teaspoons of Ama Detox Vata tea mixture. Simmer on low heat for about 3-5 minutes with a closed lid. Step 2: Filtering is optional. Herbs naturally will settle down.
