A twist on the Belgian/French Saison style, a beer brewed in the winter to entertain the farm labourers thirst during the summer months. A combination of pale/wheat/rye malts in th e mash were followed by traditional German hop varieties in the hop back. We then fermented the beer with the definitive Belgian Saison yeast strain. Delicately spicy, with a fruity aroma and dry finish; contemporary dry hopping including Mandarina Bavaria & Huel Melon lend a theatrical modern flourish to this classic European style. Show more
