This vaulting table is ideal for training use for all skill levels and features a soft foam mattress section covered with PVC vinyl (secured to the frame using Velcro straps) and a non-slip covering the hand placement area and springs situated beneath the mattress. The combination of springs and foam offer great shock absorption and rebound characteristics making training or perfecting new skills easier. The table width is 95cm wide and the height can be adjusted easily from 40cm to 1.3m utilising the 5 wooden sections. The low height option is useful for a number of other training exercises. Each section is inter-changeable and height adjustment/movement of the sections can safely be accomplished by one person. Its sturdy design makes this vault training table safe, secure and ensure it stays in position whilst in use.
