VBF-1200X-YG is a top-loading furnace featuring three-sided heating with a maximum operational temperature of 1200 °C. It is specially designed for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) stack testing and accommodates specimens up to 300mm in width and 200mm in height. This furnace comes with two non-heated side panels to allow customized drilling to support experimental operations. With its energy-efficient heating design, the furnace is suited for the traditonal thermal processing and research application. Specification: Feature High-purity alumina fiber insulation minimizes heat loss and maximizes thermal efficiency. Chamber surfaces are coated with alumina to enhance heating efficiency and extend service life. Equipped over-temperature and broken thermocouple protection ensures safe operation. Heating elements are arranged on the top, front, and rear walls for uniform thermal distribution. Side panels are insulated without heating elements to allow user customization through drilling.
