These blades are manufactured at very high pressures to produce an extremely solid hard wearing edge. Two piece splits are ideal for fitting in the car and the rear of larger volume kayaks for use as an emergency paddle. The split joint is strong and robust, requires no tools and can be easily operated from inside the kayak. The ferrule has the added benefit of additional length adjustability up to 10cm. The straight glass shaft offers a nice flexible set up which is easy on the body and forgiving - this will suit the majority of kayakers. The straight carbon shaft provides extra strength and power favoured by many top freestyle and creek boat paddlers. The crank carbon shafts geometry allows the wrists to be in neutral alignment thus reducing fatigue; the carbon construction offers plenty of power transfer ideal for paddlers who want maximum performance.
