“Vedic Thai Yoga / Assisted Asana” is pure universal love. It is a sacred offering, a conscious connection to self and soul, a dance of Spirit & Energy. This session blends assisted yogic postures, breathwork, and shamanic energy practices to support energetic alignment, relaxation, and embodied awareness. Rather than forcing change, the practice invites the body and energy field to soften organically through rhythm, stillness, and conscious positioning. The subtle body experiences an opening of chakras (dormant reservoirs of bio-spiritual power) and clearing nadis (electro-magnetic meridian pathways) by releasing endorphins and neurotransmitters to tranquilize the nervous system and replace old, restricted energy patterns within. This session is performed fully clothed and averages 75 minutes we will use a quiet area of your providing. This session is a spiritual and energetic experience designed to support awareness, relaxation, and connection, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or therapeutic care.
