How support is handled: OffGrid Lux remains your point of contact for order updates and will assist with initial troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with ENVO when warranty service is required. Warranty eligibility, repair/replacement decisions, parts approval, and other remedies are determined by ENVO under its published terms. Veemo Early Access / R&D status: ENVO currently classifies Veemo as an Early Access / R&D product. As a developing product platform, updates, adjustments, inspections, or hardware/firmware changes may occasionally be required. Customers must follow ENVO safety notices, manuals, update instructions, and operating requirements. Delivery inspection: Inspect the Veemo promptly at delivery. Shipping damage or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) concerns should be reported immediately to OffGrid Lux with clear photos and serial numbers. ENVO's current terms require shipping damage/DOA claims to be filed within 7 calendar days of delivery, and original packaging should be retained for possible inspection. Safety concerns: If a suspected safety-related defect or abnormal behavior occurs, discontinue use and contact OffGrid Lux promptly. ENVO's Early Access terms require safety incidents or suspected defects to be reported to ENVO within 48 hours with supporting information. Warranty limitations: Coverage does not generally include normal wear items, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, firmware tampering, non-approved components/chargers, or labor unless ENVO authorizes it in writing.
