At Balance, we're partial to a bit of natty wine and last year we got a chance to fuse our love of natural wine with our love for beer in this collaboration with Matt Gregory Wines . We blended a barrel of Matt Gregory's red field blend 2022 with 18 month old Balance barrels, it has then aged for six months in bottle to beautifully meld the two. Veer is tannic and effervescent with cranberry, cherry and funky leather notes on the nose. There's spicy wood and cinnamon melding with blackberry, blackcurant and thyme leading on the palate.
