The vegetable samosa has a reputation it doesn't deserve. Too often it arrives as the lesser option. Present on the table for the people who don't eat meat, assembled without much conviction, and tasting exactly like that. Ours are not those samosas. The filling is built with the same care as every other item in the Karoga range. Perfectly spiced potatoes, peas, carrots and onions cooked down with spices, seasoned properly and given the time it takes to develop real depth. The pastry is thin and hand folded.
