Made from beechwood and plant fibres, this beautiful 'Brosse a Legumes' from Burstenhaus Redecker gently and thoroughly cleans all type of vegetables. The lighter, softer plant fib res are suitable for softer vegetables, whilst the harder bristles work well on removing soil and scrubbing root vegetables and potatoes. Size approx: 13.5 cm Burstenhaus Redecker have been making this stuff since 1935. Too fine for machine production, too elegant to be altered, and too popular to do without.
