What's Included Vehicle Registration Slot — Register one vehicle in your community's parking system Physical Parking Permit — An official parking permit decal will be shipped to your registered address to display on your vehicle Account Dashboard Access — Manage your registered vehicles, view permit status, and track orders Vehicle Registration App — Submit registration requests with driver's license and vehicle documents Inspector Compliance — Your vehicle is verified by community inspectors using your permit number Physical Permits Your Vehicle Pass includes a physical parking permit decal shipped to your address. Display this on your vehicle at all times while parked in the community. Replacement parking permits cost $25. Homeowners vs. Tenants Homeowners: One-time purchase. Your permit remains valid as long as you own the property. Tenants: Annual renewal required. Your permit is valid for one year from purchase and must be renewed to maintain parking privileges.
