Our first coffee from Marlon Bolaños! Marlon is a 21 year old coffee producer from Acevedo, Colombia and operates his farm with his two brothers. He brings us one of our favorite c offees of the year, a super clean and smooth semi-washed Bourbon Aji. Bourbon Aji is a naturally occurring variety growing in popularity for its fruity and floral character. The coffee goes through a shorter, open air fermentation window of 12 hours to keep uniformity and clarity sky high. In the cup, there are pleasantly soft purple and yellow fruit notes matched with a creamy texture. Show more
