Both are free of gluten and pork, but the preservative-free sausage is made to our own home made recipe and contains only natural seasonings such as salt, pepper, sage and thyme. As neither contains any pork fat or breadcrumbs, they have a denser, meatier texture than sausages made elsewhere. Our sausages contain prime wild venison mince and only the finest ingredients are used to fill their natural skin casings.
