The embedded carbon fiber barrel with a longer than standard 13.5 inch power stroke shoots up to 372 feet per second while weighing in at a mere 6.7 pounds. The bow assembly features Ten Point's popular XLT riser equipped with 11 inch ISO taper limbs powered by hybrid eccentric 2 cams and dyna flight 97 string and cables with a hard yoke system which results in a very narrow 13.35 inch bow assembly. Like all TenPoint models, the 185lb Venom Xtra features the TenPoint dry fire inhibitor (DFI), and a bullpup version of the 3.5 pound auto engaging safety trigger.
