This rosé wine from Roussillon is crafted by Laurence Manya-Krief, who left the Paris fashion world to pursue winemaking. The wine comes from 80-year-old Carignan vines growing on steep Mediterranean-facing terraces with granite soil. Following traditional methods, the grapes are processed without destemming and fermented using only indigenous yeasts. The wine then spends several months aging in used French oak barrels.
