This DIPA, first brewed at the Penryn site in March 2020, stands out as a rare example of a 100% US hop profile, featuring Idaho 7, Strata, Citra, and Mosaic. Bold and full-bodied, it delivers layers of dank character with notes of mango, eucalyptus, coconut, lime, and pine.
