For people needing something both sophisticated and non-alcoholic, we have produced a Verjuice for drinking rather than cooking. We produce this from the unfermented second press C hardonnay juice when making our sparkling wine. It is sweeter than the type of verjuice made for cooking purposes (which is tart) but has a similar acid profile to unripe grapes. Our Verjuice tastes great as a long drink by itself, as part of a zero alcohol pairing with meals, or icy cold as an alternative to dessert wines. Show more
