36"x45" Oil and mixed media The concept for this painting started in early spring when things feel like they are changing, but not blooming yet, but you can feel it. When it's stil l cold, but the air shifts. It's inspired by walking through the woods and feeling a connection to nature and is about being a part of something greater than ourselves and our interconnectedness.During my time painting this over several days, I was experiencing a lot of synchronicity which made me ponder my connection to the space I exist in. I wanted to evoke the feeling of the early spring energy shift. Show more
