Veronica peduncularis 'Whitewater' is a low creeping perennial with snowy white blooms in spring. Its shiny, dark green foliage turns to burgundy and bronze in the fall. Veronica ' Whitewater' may bloom sporadically throughout the summer. Also known as Creeping Speedwell, this Veronica makes an excellent evergreen ground cover.
