A beautifully made old vertical twin engine - I like everything about this one, the proportions and detailing indicate a builder familiar with the full-size engines. Cast iron cyli nders with drain cocks, single side slipper crossheads with fish-bellied connecting rods and one-piece crankshaft turned from solid. Eccentric straps are finely shaped, the outboard eccentric drives a boiler feed pump, its sheave keyed to the crankshaft. Crankshaft runs in three bearings, caps are secured by studs and machined nuts. Fitted with displacement lubricator and regulator valve. Show more
