It ensures fast, professional repair service for unexpected screen cracks or display damage caused by accidental drops or external impact. 2. Coverage Period Valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase Coverage applies only to accidental screen damage occurring within the active plan period 3. What’s Covered This plan covers accidental screen damage, including: Cracked or shattered screen Display malfunction caused by impact or drop Unintentional external force damage affecting screen usability Coverage applies only when screen functionality is impacted. 4. Repair Service Benefit (Important Update) If your device experiences eligible screen damage during the coverage period: Screen repair or replacement is fully covered by VERTU No repair service fee will be charged However, the customer is responsible for: Shipping / transportation costs (to and from service center) Applicable local taxes, customs duties, or import/export fees (if any) 5.
