We suggest going with your usual size if you have a normal width or narrow foot, or one size up if you have a wide foot or a larger ankle area. Please note that if you receive the shoes and it's a struggle to zip them up because they are very tight, we suggest you send them back for an exchange (at no cost to you) so that we can get the right size to you.
