Vestil FE-HS High Strength Fork Extensions — 4,000 lb Per Pair, ~40% Lighter Vestil FE-HS High Strength Fork Extensions are the perfect accessory for new or existing forks, adding reach to handle long and oversized loads. High-strength 3/16" material provides the extra support needed to lift large, heavy objects, yet these extensions are almost 40% lighter than standard fork extensions — easier to install, remove, and store. Rated at 4,000 lb capacity per pair, evenly distributed, with a baked-in powder-coat finish for added toughness. Why It's Different: Most fork extensions are heavy and awkward to manage. The FE-HS uses high-strength material to cut weight by roughly 40% without sacrificing capacity, and includes two welded handles per extension — a larger heel loop and a smaller front handle — to make installing and removing them far easier. Best For: Warehouses and manufacturing operations handling lumber, pipe, panels, carpet rolls, and other long or oversized loads where standard forks are too short. Choose the width to match your existing forks and the length to suit your load. ⚠️ For use with Class 2 and Class 3 forks ONLY. Confirm your forklift's fork class before ordering. ⚠️ Fork width must match your existing forks — available in 4", 5", and 6" widths. The extension slides over the existing fork, so the width must correspond. ⚠️ 4,000 lb capacity is the rating per PAIR, evenly distributed. A single extension ("Sold As: Each") is intended for pair use or as a replacement and is not individually rated at 4,000 lb. Buying a pair also costs less than two singles. ⚠️ Match length to your existing forks. As a safety guideline, fork extensions generally should not exceed about 150% of the existing fork length. Confirm your fork length before selecting an extension length. ⚠️ Installation: insert the loop at the tip of the fork, slide it up at a 45-degree angle, then lay it down over the existing fork. ⚠️ Longer versions are heavier (up to 138 lb per pair at 96") — use two-person handling for the 84" and 96" lengths.
