Launched in 1968, Vetyver was presented as “male flowers, muscular and musky (...), a fresh, dry and racy fragrance”. This woody score was revisited in 2021 in the interest of sust ainable development by Nicolas Beaulieu, who recomposed it while picturing an ethical kind of masculinity, returning to the soil. A word from our perfumer “Vetyver oscillates between put-together and raw. Of course; this work puts vetiver on a pedestal, but its roots are reinforced by a basis of turmeric and mastic.
