A younger Rutherglen style Topaque. The Topaque style is a little lighter in flavour intensity when compared with the better known fortifieds such as Muscat and Tawny. For this rea son it offers an interesting alternative dessert wine to round off a fine meal. Vanilla and sweet toffee on the nose with developed fruit characters.
