Victory Sour Monkey is a bold, complex, and refreshing take on the classic Belgian-style tripel. This sour variation combines the traditional elements of a tripel with a tart, fruity twist. The beer pours a hazy, golden hue with a foamy white head, releasing aromas of ripe fruits, citrus zest, and subtle spice. On the palate, you'll find a balance of sweet maltiness and bright acidity, with flavors of green apple, lemon peel, and light tropical fruits, complemented by the signature spicy yeast character often found in tripels. The sour notes lend an extra layer of complexity, enhancing the overall refreshing nature of the beer while keeping it light and drinkable. The finish is dry and crisp, with a slight funkiness that lingers, inviting another sip. Perfect for those who enjoy sour beers or want to explore a different side of Belgian-style ales, Victory Sour Monkey offers a unique fusion of rich malt, fruity sourness, and spicy yeast that makes it stand out in the craft beer world. Six 12-oz. cans.
