Coffee Profile: Multiple Central and South American coffees are roasted carefully, just until the oil begins to reach the surface of the bean. These oils give the coffee the bold and smooth flavor that dark roasts are known for. However, being our lightest dark roast, Vienna is categorized as a medium-dark roast.
