Produces a sweet, soft, creamy oud aroma, often with notes of honey, milk tea, tropical fruits, and gentle woods. Traditional harvesting areas include Quảng Nam, Quảng Bình, and Khánh Hòa provinces. Aquilaria banaensae (less common, more wild type) Native to southern Vietnam, particularly in the Bana Hills and nearby regions. Produces oud with slightly more green, earthy, and forest-like notes compared to A. crassna.
