Vietnam Duc Trong- this is a rare arabica coffee from Vietnam, processed at the Duc Trong Mill. Most coffee grown in this area of the world is robusta, that is what makes this so r are. This coffee is grown on farms owned by women and processed at a mill also owned by women. These beans show off the meticulous processing in every cup and provide a creamy texture, semi-sweet chocolate, tobacco, and a bit of peppery spice. There is a lot going on in this cup of coffee, I think it would be perfect through a French press and then cut it with a bit of heavy whipping cream to increase the mouthfeel.
