#855 This smooth oolong, based on the Jin Xuyen cultivar, comes from northern Vietnam's Tam Duong district where it's grown at altitudes of up to 2296 feet. Very small quantities a re produced in May and also between September and November. This specialty unfolds a floral, aromatic bouquet with bread-like tones. Its subtle and slightly bitter honey note is characteristic of Vietnamese teas. Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling. Allow to brew 2–3 min.
