Harvested from a hill overlooking the Italian alpine city of Trento, this orange wine from Foradori is produced from Manzoni Bianco, which is a variety cross-bred from Riesling and Pinot Bianco. After harvest the grapes are crushed and are fermented on the skins in cement tanks prior to a 7 month maturation in acacia casks. Ripe apples, tangerine and white blossoms surround dried lemon rinds producing a wine of structure which will age wonderfully if so desired. 12.0% ABV Show more
