The Viking Model E-1 Accelerator is a quick-opening device. When installed with the required external Anti-flood Device, the assembly is designed to increase the operating speed of Viking Model F Dry Pipe Valves. The Viking Model E-1 Accelerator may also be used (without the external Anti-flood Device) to speed the action of pneumatic release systems on deluge, flow control, or preaction systems, and with the Model G series dry valves (also without the external Anti-flood Device.
