ViKORE Performance Shaft Technology The ViKORE shaft on the MT0604 is built around a lighter ViKORE center core set inside Michigan hard rock maple. Viking bores out the front of the shaft and replaces some of the maple with this lighter core material, reducing front‑end mass so the cue deflects the cue ball less and transfers more energy straight through the shot.Inside the shaft are Viking Softouch® dampeners – one behind the core and another under the ferrule – which soak up excess vibration and buzz.
