While Viktor's Eldritch blast is a medium attack, it can be boosted with Siphon and Hex which will increase his Magic skill for each unbound soul, and boost the damage of basic attacks respectively. His Soul Step ability also takes advantage of unbound Souls, allowing him to be placed adjacent to a Soul anywhere on the battleground.
