Wine produced only in the best vintages from the small and secluded Caracci vineyard, and aged in terracotta crates. This wine is beautifully golden coloured, and opens with immedi ate aromas of dried fruit, apricot, lemon zest, honey and almond paste. On the palate, it is full-bodied, velvety and long-lasting. It is elegant, with good aging ability. It is perfect when served in a large glass, as it certainly needs to open up to be tasted at its best.
