The Village Loaf is our signature sourdough loaf. A curious baker regularly changes the ratio, but it's usually 70% white-ish flour and 30% wholemeal flour. This style of bread is often called a country loaf, but this loaf was born in a village, hence its name. We use organic wheat grown at Turners of Bytham and milled at Tuxford windmill.
