The lower section is finished with a colourful kilim-woven band in chevron and zigzag patterns, accented by braided loop tassels. Traditional tribal construction, with irregularities in the weave and edges that reflect its handmade character. The reverse of this traditional salt bag reveals a beautifully handwoven kilim construction, worked in warm terracotta and deep earthy brown stripes.
