The 2021 Seña wine is regarded as one of the finest vintages from this iconic label, resulting from a cooler year, akin to 2016 and 2018. It features an expressive nose that is ele gant, nuanced, and complex. The grapes were harvested later than in previous years, keeping the alcohol content below 14%. This vintage is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Malbec, 17% Carmenere, and 6% Petit Verdot, predominantly fermented in stainless steel with 10% aged in oak foudre. The wine is fine-grained, structured, and juicy, reminiscent of 2018 but with greater finesse. It offers a spicy twist from the Cabernet and ultra-refined tannins, resulting in a wine with length, purity, and elegance. Show more
