This is made of 100% Chardonnay from 3 parcels around the Premier Cru Vaillons all of which are greater than 40 year old vines atop Kimmeridgian limestone. In the cellar this was n ative fermented and aged in stainless steel. The nose shows the warmth of the vintage with a light beeswax with some ripe stone fruits and citrus pith. On the palate there is moderate texture and acidity with a light mix of citrus and white fleshed stone fruits. Show more
