Winemaker Christiana only makes very few wines. Her focus pays off in this delicious example of Vinho Verde with the characteristic spritz that dissipates in the glass. From the No rthern Douro in Portugal you can almost taste the green freshness of the slopes that gives this young wine its name. Hand-picked grapes are taken to the winery in 25kg baskets where the juices are gently pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel fermenters.
