It packs so much fruit and complexity into the glass with more body than you’re used to with a rosé. But definitely served chilled on a long, vibrant summers day. Farming Notes: Organic/Biodynamic. Manual harvest. Destemmed grapes. Wild yeast. No fining or filtration and little or no sulphur dependent on vintage. Producer Notes: Lole Rabasco farms a tiny vineyard and olive grove that have never been treated with chemicals in the generations of Rabascos that have farmed in north-central Abruzzo. The area has a unique climate with influence both from the Apennine Mountains and the relatively close Adriatic Sea.
