The Overfolder uses a new concept of wave folding, composed of 5 stages of CV controlled folding, which allows, in addition to conventional folding, the control of a second fold ov er the previous one. With this a new diversity of timbres is obtained, previously impossible with conventional circuits. To accomplish something similar the use of two independent wave folding modules would be required.
