(Plant pictured - None yet, I'm behind on photos.) Our newest potting blend, specifically designed for vining plants, such as Fallopia, Dioscorea and Dregea. It holds a bit more moisture than your typical "aroid" or "chunky" mix, which you really want for these guys. Inspired by that time our perlite shipment was delayed and I couldn't find any locally so I went into an all out Panic! At the Plant Shop and had to get creative with what we hand on-hand. It turns out, I actually like this mix better! I saw a improvement across the board in our vining plants (even the Aurea Fallopia were a bit less prone to throwing fits when I missed their usual watering by 15 minutes.) I have perlite now, but I'm still sticking with this mix. The universe works in mysterious ways. (It also works great for Begonia and seedlings!)
