A stunning vintage 18ct gold ring, set with a large, faceted synthetic ruby. With a beautiful and unusual square cut design to the stone, set within a milgrain bezel. In nice vinta ge condition. The band has previously been resized. Please be sure to see all of the photos. Stamped with European hallmarks for gold to the outside of the band.
