This is a 1980s patchwork oversize blouse. The blue rayon top features woven embellished sleeves, a patchwork of velvet and lace across the body, padded shoulders, and an elasticiz ed waist and cuffs. A great statement top. CONDITION In very good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The elasticized waistband and cuffs are slightly loose.
