Vintage BOC Brown Bakelite Circular Ashtray For all collectors of bakelite, how about a Vintage BOC Brown Bakelite Circular Ashtray? Actually, we are not absolutely sure that it wa s made as an ashtray ... but an interesting item nonetheless! BOC stands for the British Oxygen Corporation/Company. In very good condition with no chips and cracks, there are some surface scuffs and blemishes commensurate with age and use. Approximate Size: 11.4cm Diameter, Height 1.5 cm Marked BOC on the rear and probably manufactured in the 1930s/40s. It would also make an interesting desk tidy!
