For the sharp cheese lover! Aged in our cave for 6-7 years, this is a special Texas treat. The long aging time deepens the dark golden color and gives this cheese a lot of complexi ty. It is very rich and surprisingly creamy for such an aged cheddar. Pairs well with dark stout or bold red wine. Vintage Cheddar is cave aged for 3-5 years.Extra sharp, crumbly, rich, complex.
