This early rocket/arugula variety distinguishes itself for its resistance to cold and it's rustic nature. Radiating from a tender central stalk are the serrated dark green leaves p rized for their vigorous growth. Its aroma is intense and enjoyable especially when mixed with other leaves to enrich a salad and for use in other dishes where a touch of freshness and character is called for.
