Vintage straw hat with ribbon banding and tassels and black velvet trim.Nice tightly woven hat, with nice weight. The interior has writing in Spanish. I can't translate. Dated Dec 1976.Label: handwriting inside brim. Measurements: Interior band: 20 1/2" Front brim: 4" Fits like SCondition: Overall, very good.
