Redd Foxx was a comedian and actor. He came up doing stand up comedy in the mid 20th century and found his way to both big and small screens, acting in such films as Cotton Comes T o Harlem and Norman... Is That You? and shows as Sanford And Son and The Redd Foxx Show. He died in 1991 while filming the movie The Royal Family. Foxx is still regarded as one of the best comedians of all time.
